Getting a workout in your kitchen is easier than you think, no gym required.
Coronavirus (aka COVID-19) may have stopped us from going to the gym but it doesn't mean you can’t get an endorphin-pumping, mood-boosting workout right at home. While it would be pretty easy to throw the towel in and give up on working out altogether, we're not going to do that are we?! Working out during these trying and anxious times is more important than ever, it’s also one of the only things we have control over right now. Ready to get a good sweat sesh in and boost your mental health and immune system at the same time? Here are our top picks for workouts you can do while we’re all staying safe at home.

The app comes with daily workouts, healthy meal plans, recipes and a motivating community. In light of the recent COVID-19 shutdowns, Steph and Laura are hosting free online workouts so you can try before you buy.
Yoga With Adriene
HIIT class not your thing? Sweat out your worries with some yoga flows instead. Yoga with Adriene has been providing free workouts online for her 6.4 million YouTube followers well before COVID-19 shut down gyms. Her series of hatha yoga flows and stretches are perfect for beginners, but can also be built up depending on your strength and ability. Perfect for the babe who needs some zen in her life.
Sweat
Founded by the OG Instagram Fitness guru, Kayla Itsines and her partner Tobi Pierce. The Sweat App offers a huge range of features including a range of 28-minute workouts, BBG stronger (for the advanced) as well as yoga and wellness. The app's most appealing feature is its extensive global community of women that help motivate each other along the way. With an Instagram following of 12.4 million, it’s fair to say Kayla is a force to be reckoned with in the health and fitness industry. She's also a big fan of the Bali Body BB Cream so gets bonus points from us.
Alice Liveing
Alice is a UK based Personal Trainer and best selling author with a huge bank of motivating content to get us all through social distancing. All her content is theme based so you can easily scroll through to find your workout of choice. If you happen to have some dumbbells lying around the house then we recommend giving one of Alice’s dumbbell home workouts a go. Need a Saturday afternoon baking recipe? She has those too. The gooey white and dark chocolate brownies are on our list (right after our workout of course).
