Orders & Shipping

Can you tell me everything about shipping times in Europe?

We are bringing Bali Body to Europe, we offer free and fast shipping to all our Euro babes!

All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in London.
Shipping takes 7-15 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped.
We also offer Express Courier 2-5 day shipping with DPD Courier at a very cheap price which can be found at the checkout. For those that need their order as soon as possible, we offer express shipping with DHL, this generally takes 1-2 business days, and prices for this can also be found at the checkout.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email info@balibodyco.com immediately and we will do our best to update your details.

We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, smooth glowing skin is on the way!

Which Bali Body is my perfect match?

We understand that sometimes it’s hard to choose which BB is best suited to you, so we have done the hard work for you! Head over to our Find My Glow page to find out which BB loves you the most.

Can i find Bali Body in any stores?

At this stage Bali Body is available exclusively at balibodyco.com

We stock in one store in Bali - Atilla Co, and they have two locations, one in Canggu and another in Seminyak.

Which Natural Tanning Oil will give me the deepest tan?

Our Watermelon Tanning Oil provides the deepest glow. The Watermelon Seed Oil contained in the  product promotes the natural production of melanin in your skin, that’s the stuff that makes your skin tan! 

Returns & Refunds

Does Bali Body accept returns?

Bali Body will only accept a return of a product if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact info@balibodyco.com. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at info@balibodyco.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

My Bali Body was damaged when it arrived, help?!

In the even your order arrives to you damaged, please email us at info@balibodyco.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Terms & Conditions

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

As we process all orders immediately through to our warehouse, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible we will assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.

Can I place my order in any language?

Sorry babe, we only accept orders in English, orders placed in any other languages run the risk of being lost in transit, and BB is not liable for any issues caused by orders in languages other than English. Orders in Hebrew are not acceptable.
