We offer free tracked shipping on the majority of orders to Europe.

Express shipping is also available to selected locations at an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout.


Shipping to the Netherlands and Germany, please allow 1 - 2 business days. 

Remaining European locations, please allow approximately 2 - 6 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.  If you choose our express shipping option, your order will take approximately 1- 2 working days to arrive depending on which express option you select.

Bali Body is not responsible for any delays in shipping, these are the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you with any issues as much as possible. 

All orders to Europe are shipped from our distribution centre in the Netherlands. 


Due to restrictions, we are unable to ship to customers based in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We will be keeping an eye on this and advise when this has been lifted. 

Due to COVID-19, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping partners during this period and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use one of the express postage methods available, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address. You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
