Can I return my order?

Bali Body will only accept a return for exchange or store credit if the products are unused, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. An exchange or store credit will not be processed for products that are returned with open packaging or that have been damaged.

Bali Body does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely. If your returned order becomes lost in transit, and there is no package tracking, Bali Body cannot be held liable for the return and may be unable to provide you with a store credit or exchange.

Can I organise an exchange or refund once my order is returned?

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will notify you via email to discuss your options to receive an exchange or store credit.
