Can you leave the 1 Hour Express Self Tanning Foam on the skin for longer than 1 Hour?

While the 1 Hour Express Self Tan will provide a bronzed, natural looking self tan in just 1 hour, the product will continue to develop until it has been washed off the skin. You can customise the 1 Hour Express to suit your preferred shade of bronze, by leaving it on the skin for a longer period of time. The 1 Hour Express Self Tan will develop up to 2 shades darker every hour.

How to guide

Ensure your skin is clean and freshly exfoliated. Apply the aerated foam to your tanning mitt. Smooth over your entire body using long sweeping motions.

Allow the product to develop for a minimum of 1 hour. For a deeper result, leave for at least 3-4 hours. After the desired development time rinse off with water, no soap.

    First Time Self Tanner

    This stuff was awesome, I've never applied a self-tan whatsoever before and am pretty pale so this was a dicey move for me. The mousse dries faster than I anticipated so needed to work quickly, but it gives an awesome color and looked fairly even. The bottle doesn't explicitly say "no soap" when you wash it off (I see that on this page now 😅) so I made it a little blotchy by using a bit - since I'm new I was worried about it getting on other clothes & furniture. Anyway, it's a great product - I don't know how much is left in the bottle now which spooks me about getting halfway through my body, but I guess the solution is to have a backup bottle haha.

    Never straying again

    I’ve been using this self tan for years. Recently I tried some others out there just to find out if there was anything that didn’t leave the tanning smell. There’s not and that’s just part of sunless tanning, I’ve found out. This is still the best on the market. Dries quickly, looks natural, easy to apply and lasts 6-8 days as long as I exfoliate prior to applying.

    Mon incontournable

    Trop bien ce spray mousse (comme de la chantilly marron), et le fait qu'il soit teinté permet de reprendre rapidement une zone mal faite. J'apprécie le fait d'être instantanément bronzée dès l'application; ensuite le bronzage s'intensifie au fil des heures. La 1ère douche plusieurs heures après, enlève le surplus (on le voit à la couleur de l'eau un peu marron vert..) et le résultat est alors un peu moins intense mais fait plus naturel et plus doré. J'essaie de rester une dizaine d'heures avant de prendre ma 1ère douche (soit j'applique la mousse le matin et je me douche le soir, soit j'applique la mousse le soir au coucher et je me douche le lendemain matin. Ne colle pas donc on peut s'habiller rapidement après l'application. Pas d'odeur non plus. Ce que j'apprécie aussi c'est que l'autobronzant s'estompe au fil des jours sans laisser de plaques qui se voient comme certains auto-bronzants. Pas adapté au visage , uniquement au corps. Je compte en racheter un autre dès que le flacon sera terminé; c'est devenu mon autobronzant favori... :))
