How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard tracked shipping on orders over €35* and free express shipping on orders over €80.
For orders below €35 standard and express shipping is offered for an additional cost which is calculated at check out.
Free Express shipping is not applicable for orders containing aerosol products (Instant Tan, 1 Hour Express Self Tan, Face & Body Sunscreen Spray SPF50+) or orders shipping to certain countries**. For orders containing an aerosol product, shipping is calculated at the checkout.
Import taxes are at the discretion of each country and are out of our control.
*Due to shipping restrictions, the following countries are ineligible for free shipping: Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Monaco, Albania, Gibraltar, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Kosovo, Guernsey, Moldova, Republic Of Georgia, Guadeloupe, Greenland.
**If you are based in Northern Ireland please shop via our UK store uk.balibodyco.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping to the Netherlands and Germany, please allow 1 - 2 business days.
Remaining European locations, please allow approximately 2 - 6 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
DHL Air Express Shipping 1-2 business days is available for all orders that do not contain an aerosol product (Instant Tan, 1 Hour Express Self Tan, Face & Body Sunscreen Spray SPF50). DHL Road Express Shipping 3-5 business days is available for all orders containing an aerosol product.
Bali Body is not responsible for any delays in shipping, these are the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you with any issues as much as possible.
All orders to Europe are shipped from our distribution centre in the Netherlands.
Customs
Customs import duties and taxes should not apply to your order unless you are located in Switzerland or Norway. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and may attract normal import duties and taxes into CH and NO, the level of these charges depends on the value of your order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you’re having trouble finding these details, please contact our team at info@balibodyco.com.
Can I use a P.O Box as my shipping address?
If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use one of the express postage methods available, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address.
You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
